Objectives of the Position  

Support all plant service team, and make sure high customer satisfactory through improving service and product quality

Main Tasks

1. 质量控制 Quality Control

·       - 按照公司产品的质量标准，在客户生产过程现场对产品工艺参数进行控制。以保证产品达到公司及客户的质量要求；

According to the quality standards set by company, control the technological parameter of products on the customer's site to meet the requirements of both company and customer.

·       -测量和跟踪产品的各项数据，并及时分析各类数据变动趋势，为产品质量提供正确的数据。

Survey and follow different data of products and timely analyze its changing tendency to provide correct data to ensure good quality.

2. 产品调整，检测 Product Adaptation and Testing

·       - 通过取样，检验及分析及时将产品调整的建议告知客户，以达到客户对产品的要求Through sample taking, testing and analyzing, timely notice the customer of adaptation suggestion of products to meet the requirements of customers

·       - 对产品质量指标的检验，来跟踪和监督客户对产品使用的全过程。

·       Test the product's quality norm, follow and supervise customer's using process of our product.

3. 协调 Coordinating

·       - 协调与客户之间的沟通，并及时处理客户提出的问题，保持和客户间建立良好的合作。保证公司的业务顺利开展。

·       Communicate with customers and timely handle the problems put by customers. Keep good cooperation with customers to ensure the smooth development of company business.

4. 文档管理 Files Keeping

·       - 负责整理并保管产品调整及技术参数的原始数据。

·       Be responsible for arrange and keep the original records of all data of production adaptation and technological parameters.

5.新颜色试线 New Color Activity

·       - 协调新颜色的试线，根据团队战略争取获得***成果

·       Arrangement and handling of the trial for new color. Making effort to get good result according to team strategy..

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

·       Education: Bachelor or above in chemical-related majors

·       Working Experience: working experience in Coatings industry

·       knowledge in Coatings Process; good communication skills both in English and Chinese
