1. Systems Administration and Support: executes day to day maintenance tasks including problem determination and resolution, as well as root-cause analysis. Responsible for responding to live site issues and for executing software, platform, and configuration changes.
2. Documentation: provides and maintains documentation of systems architecture, troubleshooting and support guidelines, system metrics, project information and plans.
3. Systems Management: ensures the use of performance data and historical metrics to effectively plan for growth needs, plan upgrades, migrations, and optimizations, new implementations, identify and resolve efficiency issues, and improve functionality, apply scripting automation for repetitive tasks
4. Product Testing: provides support for integration testing, system testing, and load testing prior to the final release of new and upgraded products and services
5. Standards and Best Practices: participates in the development of best practices including capacity planning, monitoring, configuration, security, historical metrics, recovery strategies, and migration strategies. Responsible for validation of and adherence to these defined standards.
6. Configuration Management/Continuous Integration: Author, deploy, and maintain system, web site and application configuration management code and configuration. Development of CI pipeline workflow.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or Equivalent experience in technical operations or software engineering
2. 3-5 years of experience supporting and/or deploying internet-based products or services
3. Skills
? Intermediate to advance shell scripting skills
? Intermediate skills in Perl, Python or other programming languages
? Detailed knowledge of core internet and networking protocols including, but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP
? Exposure to configuration management frameworks such as Chef, Puppet, CFEngine
? Experience with CI pipeline workflow development using tools like Bamboo, Hudson (Jenkins)
? Experience with enterprise layer 7 load balancers including F5 or Netscaler
? Expertise in configuration and management of one or more enterprise operating systems
? Experience in configuring, deploying, and supporting web server platforms including but not limited to Apache Traffic Server, Couchbase/Memcached, Tomcat, Apache, PHP, Zend.
