Responsibility

1.Release purchase order to vendor based on production planning;

基于生产计划向供应商发放采购订单；

2.Inventory control for raw materials which align with the department KPI ;

原材料库存控制，与KPI挂钩；

3.Keep tracking for the vendor of on time delivery measurement and follow purchase order's status;

追踪供应商及时到货并时时跟踪采购订单状态；

4.To monitor production plan and materials flow in daily basis;

关注生产计划，监管日常物料流动；

5.Keep closely follow with the slow moving/EOP/ECM part planning;

密切关注呆料，项目终止物料，项目变更物料的计划

6.Do material escalation for the materials which will be potential shortage in the coming weeks;

将具有短缺风险的物料及时预警，并上报

7.Keep the good communication with related function, such as Finance/Sourcing/Production/Vendor, etc.;

与财务，采购，生产等职能部门及供应商保持良好沟通；

8.To follow the supplier payment, avoid payment delayed to the vendors even for the supplier delivery performance.

与财务配合，跟进对供应商的付款，避免延迟付款影响供应商交货表现

Requirements

1.Three years above working experience in an automotive enterprise

三年以上汽车行业工作经验

2.Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint 和 Word;

3.SAP knowledge;

熟悉SAP系统；

4.Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner;

专业地从事日常工作及职责

5.Bachelor degree and engineering major is a plus

本科及工程专业优先

6.Good command of English both in oral and written

英语口语及书面表达流利

7.Must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations;

工作有责任心

8.Must be able to work in a team environment.
