1、参与公司项目的设计工作及设计计划的铺排，协助领导负责公司项目的规划、建筑设计管理工作；

2、负责设计阶段成本控制及设计优化，对施工规范，图纸深化，现场设计变更把关；

3、管理公司的合作设计单位，推进项目设计工作；

4、对项目建设过程前后各环节提供咨询、支撑工作以及施工现场技术协调；

5、编制项目规划建筑专业的标准化流程、文件；

6、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上，英语流利，建筑设计、景观设计、城市设计等相关专业，具有一级注册建筑工程师执业资格优先考虑。

2、5年以上综合房地产项目设计管理工作经验，有主题公园、室内游乐场、或大型主题商业的设计管理工作经验，能从设计概念而深化落实制作出符合设计要求的方案文本和施工图。

3、能独立准确完整的表达自己的设计思路，熟练空间、色彩、材质的运用和表现手法。

4、执行力强，具有良好的人际沟通和表达能力，理解并重视团队合作，对工作认真负责、心态积极阳光，具培养潜质。
