工作职责:

1、负责完成公司的招聘目标，快速满足各部门的招聘需求；

2、发布职位，搜索简历，电话邀约，安排面试，背景调查，谈薪资等招聘全流程；

3、建立人才标准和招聘管理流程，建立企业人才库，以支持当前和未来的招聘需求和潜在的发展机会；

4、建立完善招聘渠道，定期总结和开发新渠道，对各渠道进行分析、优化，确保渠道有效性。

5、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

1、人力资源、管理类或相关专业统招本科以上学历，具备2年以上招聘工作经验，ICT行业招聘经验优先；

2、熟悉校园招聘流程及渠道，具备校园招聘渠道的分析开拓、建设维护等能力；

3、熟悉各种招聘渠道、招聘流程及面试方法，有批量招聘经验者优先；

4、性格开朗，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，以结果导向，抗压能力强。
