Job Description:

1. Assists the decision-making level in formulating the company's development strategy, takes charge of short-term and long-term decision-making and strategy formulation in its functional areas, manages the budget according to the target, organizes for company's financial plan, supervises its implementation, and pays close attention to the company's medium and long-term goals
2. Establishes/improves and optimizes the organizational structure of the company's financial system, clarifies job responsibilities, ensures the efficient operation and smooth information transmission of from and to company's financial system, guarantees the quality of financial accounting information, reduces operating and management costs, and improves the utilization rate and work efficiency of funds
3. Establishes and optimizes/perfects the systems in line with the actual situation of the enterprise financial accounting system and financial monitoring system, effective internal control
4. Follows up the actual business status of the company according to the development strategy, annual business plan and actual operating environment, formulates and optimized reasonable cost and budget control procedures, coordinates various departments to complete budget preparation and forecast, and conducts follow-up monitoring;
5. Is responsible for risk assessment, guidance, tracking and financial risk control of major investment projects and business activities;
6. Participates in the analysis and decision-making of the company's major issues, and provides financial analysis and decision-making basis for the enterprise's production and operation, business development and foreign investment;
7. Is responsible for the research and analysis of the company's financial business and strategies, including accounting management, financial planning, financial procedures, internal audit, property, cost control and investment research and analysis

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, majored in Finance
2. At least 15 years experiences with finance in chemical manufacturing multinational unit
3. Fluency in spoken & written English
4. Acute strategic thinking with analytical and judgmental ability；
