任职要求：
In general:
Overall responsible for certain account and business control with focus on sales and project management.
Highlights:
1. At least 3 years experience working with VW.
2. Set up business stratagem and follow up with tactics to achieve company goal over new order intake, profitability and seamless launches.
3. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key customer contacts.
4. Ensure account team ability growing & stability to maintain high efficient and consistent with business.
5. Support to monitoring business unit budget control.
6. Support to monitoring team operation within compliance frame.
7. Lead Sales Manager’s PDD
8. Supports in the analysis & evaluation of the market situation
9. Responsible for quote process, and negotiations
10. Supports in the development of strategies to avoid price erosion
11. Accountable for the creation of product cost calculations using internal system
12. Accountable for Tooling and ED&T income management
13. Support for VEVA at a BU level

Education:  Bachelor degree or above 

Background: 10 years above auto parts sales experience, 3 years plus sales management position is preferred. (details defined by BU upon hiring needs)

Skills:   Fluent in English speaking and writing, be familiar with MS Office software.  Skills of inter-personal communication, and cross-function communication
