RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Country COB Head in managing the COB functions across China covering all legal vehicles.
- Support and coordinate with Operations/businesses and country management for managing emergence events during office or non-office hour.
- Manage and support all businesses to ensure that all COB milestones can be completed within target dates with high quality and update the COB system for all required details.
- Coordinate with country BRCs and regional COB applications managers and coordinators in preparing and conducting COB tests include but not limit to the annual China Data Centre COB test and other regional / global data center tests.
- Manage and support business to manage COB related internal audits and regulatory examinations
- Act as key country contact for coordinating with regional COB for system maintenance and other regional / global queries on China COB entities.
- Maintain Country COB procedures and crisis management program to ensure that it is timely updated
- Prepare regulatory reports and other management reports
- Establishes relationships with business managers and is consulted as a subject matter expert
- Responsible for the development and delivery of COB standards across the business.
- Conduct periodic trainings and briefings to update COB related information and to enhance awareness of COB Citi policies, local regulations and other related guidelines e.g. information security, outsourcing management.

Qualifications
- Be a subject matter expert in COB management /information security / Technology
- 10+ years’ experience in operation, control functions, technology or audit in financial institution.
- Good knowledge of local banking regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and English) with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Good analytical skills to understand the diverse complex business issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions
- Work independently under minimum supervision
- Excellent attention to detail with and ability to identify potential strategic risks and issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with business partners, auditors and examiners
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
