Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Report directly to AR Regional Promoter Manager of GUPT. Responsible for promoting Gates brand and create pull effect at reseller/installers’ level for Heavy Duty Market. Coordinate the relationship between Gates, Gates distributors and installers. Visit reseller/installers to introduce Gates Company, products, services, promotion activities, etc., collect installers’ information as well as market information.

Key duties include:

? Based in respective region.

? Visit 8-10 installers per day to introduce Gates Company and promotion activities, demonstrate Gates products and online services

? Collect basic information of each installer as well as market information, and input to computer

? Introduce installers to local Gates distributors/resellers

? Develop GRSS garages and maintain existing customers

? Provide weekly/daily report

? Participate in sweeping streets, deep plowing and other marketing activities

? Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Reporting rules

This position will report to Regional Promoter Manager

Education and Experience

1. College degree is required
2. 0-2 years relevant experience.
3. Auto parts industrial sales experience is a plus.

Required Skills:

? Functions under minimal supervision;

? Good communication skills;

? Capable of presenting to customers;

? Skills in use of computer as an analytic tool are desirable;

? Self-motivated, Optimistic, Adaptable and Industrious.
