1. 负责制定物业所用设备正常运作、维修保养计划，并组织实施；

2. 负责对项目内的机电设备、给排水设施、公共设施的管理和控制；

3. 负责项目客户装修批文的审验、装修过程的监督及指导；

4. 负责对工程技术资料、设备说明书、维修保养记录收集、整理、存档；

5. 负责检验、测量和试验设备的控制；

6. 负责评审客户提出的维修服务要求，并付诸实施；

7. 负责配合***中心的管理；

8. 负责工程项目及工程物资供应商的评定，配合行政部建立合格供应商档案。

职位要求：

1. 35-50岁
2. 大学专科及以上学历  
3. 3年以上相关工作经验 
4. 具有良好的沟通协调、语言表达力，具备参与大厦环评、实验室环评经验佳
