 Product Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

 ?       Must have 4+ years of Product Management experience

?       Strong customer empathy and previous experience working on customer-facing product flows.

?       Strong execution ability and experience taking a concept from idea to launch

?       You are independent, with a natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

?       Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem.

?       Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences.

?       Experience managing x-functional expectations

?       Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills

?       Experience working with 3rd party vendors a plus

Detailed Job Description

 

?       Be the consumer voice and become the consumer advocate - understand what Levi’s consumers wants and needs and their pain points across the journey

?       Lead the product requirements and success metrics. Gather input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product concepts; responds to the needs of customers throughout the development process; analyzes competitors and market trends

?       Leads workshop for requirements gathering, document detailed requirements, and feature prioritization.

?       Proactively identifies problems that arise in the project, understand system constraints, anticipate upstream and downstream impacts of the project, outlines options, recommends solutions, and escalates as needed.

?       Write detailed user stories, work with engineering to appropriately fill in technical details in the stories and size for iterative development, include specific acceptance criteria, consider dependencies on other stories and/or projects & initiative, provide status updates, and maintain detailed documentation.

?       Strong team player- able to work with regional Levi’s internal stakeholders, Global stakeholders and 3rd party software solution providers

?       Measure post-delivery performance and optimize to drive customer experience benefit and cost savings.

?       Communicate clearly to all levels - roadmaps, priorities, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences.

?       Align cross functional partners and teams: engineers, project, quality control, analysts, marketers, and retail operations to drive a shared vision.

?       Responsible for knowledge transfer and training for on-going management of features
