REPORTS TO: Ningbo Boutique Manager
General Role:
Assists Boutique Manager with overall maintenance of the store operations and admin-routines to follow up store sales activities and day-to-day administrative management;
Major Responsibilities:
·Responsible for the daily store operations and administrations.
·Coordinate and support boutique sales team daily administration works, including but not limited to: maintain a clear and efficient work attendance checking system, process sales reporting according to the company's procedures, etc.
·Ensures store staff members are providing the necessary administrative support and a pleasant working environment.
·Supports to provides coordination with office and store regarding sales and administrative activities;
·Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Capabilities:
·College degree or above
·At least 2 years of relevant experience in admin function, experience in store is preferred.
·Independent, attentive to details, highly organized and a team player.
·Good interpersonal, communication skills.
·CET-4 certificate holder with good command of both spoken and written English.
·Hands on computer knowledge of MS office.
