1．Responsible for arranging president's schedule, timely reminding ａｎｄ following up;

负责安排总裁的日常工作、活动日程并及时提醒和跟进；

2．Responsible for following up ａｎｄ reporting the implementation of work assigned by president;

及时传达总裁各项要求，跟进和汇报各项工作的执行情况；

3．Responsible for organizing ａｎｄ arranging all related meetings required by leader ａｎｄ take meeting minutes;

负责组织安排领导要求的各类会议并做好会议记录；

4．Responsible for relevant documents of president, such as sending ａｎｄ receiving, registration, filing;

负责总裁相关文件的收发、登记、归档整理等工作；

5．Follow all the other work assigned by leader;

完成领导安排的其他工作
