PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责）

Ensure the maintenance work to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc) and all other requirements by local regulation.

Field supervision of the serviceability of Plant 10kV & 400v power system, ATS operation and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.

现场监督工厂10kV和400v电力系统的适用性，ATS的运行，并确保其符合安全、内务和环境要求。

Track preventive maintenance work and ensure to fulfill PM/MI work, such as SAP PM01-03 tasks, troubleshooting, correction.

跟踪预防性维护工作，确保完成PM/MI工作，如SAP PM01-03任务，故障排除，纠正。

Take leader on electrical equipment troubleshooting, partly cover instrument troubleshooting, timely solve site problem to keep plant running smoothly.

负责电气设备的故障处理，对仪器故障进行部分处理，及时解决现场问题，保证设备的正常运行。

Support and coordinate with operation the maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet the customer’s demands.

对计划或计划外或紧急的维护工作提供支持和协调，及时响应协助请求，投入时间和精力满足客户需求。

New project support, commissioning mainly for electrical work.

新项目的支持，主要是电气方面的调试工作。

Support plant supervisor to manage spare parts.

协助工厂主管管理备件。

Develop cross training material and implement basic operation and safe training for operation team.

开发交叉培训材料，对操作团队进行基本操作和安全培训。

Improve equipment’s reliability and focus on major electric failures with operation team.

提高设备的可靠性，与操作团队一起关注重大电气故障。

Continuous improvement, support maintenance to meet the target of the saving.

持续改进，支持维护以达到节约目标。

learn tool like FMEA, improve reliability and reduce plant down time.

学习FMEA等工具，提高可靠性，减少停机时间。

JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）
Educational: College or university graduated and holder in Electrical Engineering.

学历:大专以上学历，电气工程专业。
Working Experience: The minimum requirements for this job holder are 10 years’ experience in related areas. hands-on experience with power substation equipment, induction and synchronous motors, protective relays, switchgear starters, PF compensation capacitor, MCC, UPS, VFD, DC battery& charger system , transformers, generators, electrical heater/system, plant lightings, LV motor etc .maintenance and troubleshooting, can maintenance PLC and programming.

工作经验:该职位要求至少有10年相关领域的工作经验。实际操作变电站设备，感应和同步电机，保护继电器，开关设备启动器，PF补偿电容器，MCC, UPS, VFD，直流电池和充电器系统，变压器，发电机，电加热器/系统，工厂照明，低压电机等，维护和排除故障，能维护PLC和编程。
