Responsibility: 

? Lead weekly governance meeting with carrier to support open issues’ resolution in timely manner 

? Provide Carrier contract support from operation level 

? Test SIM and production SIM process management with multi vendors 

? Collaborate with cross function like PD, finance, purchasing, legal, accounting etc. 

? Provide Budget and billing support for test probe in global plants 

? Review and analysis MNO reports to support operation effectiveness 

? Drive China carrier signal coverage and improvement in JV plants 

Technical Skill and Knowledge Required: 

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or computer science related 

? 3-5 years of progressive responsibilities in Project management, IT or Telecom 

? Project management skills are necessary 

? Strong communication skills during cross team coordination 

? Data analysis skills and great attention to details 

? Professional exposure to Vendor management and carrier Technical experience 

? Experience with connected vehicle 

? Telecommunication background 

? Self-motivated to lead, Team player and can-do attitude 

? Good communication skills and command of the English. Good at inter person skill, customer oriented
