1 Mainly work for battery algorithm (SOC, SOH, SOP, SOE and Cell Balance) development of high voltage battery management system product

负责BMS电池核心算法（SOC, SOH, SOP, SOE及电芯均衡）的开发

2 Analyze battery algorithm strategy, design related software architecture, define the functionality of related sub-modules, create and review development documents

分析电池算法策略，设计相关软件架构，定义子模块功能并完成相关开发文档的编写及评审

3 BMS algorithm software design according to architecture, including module design, module test case creation, module test (MIL and SIL), etc. 根据架构进行电池算法功能的软件设计，包括电池算法功能模块的模型构建，模型测试用例的编写，测试并验证算法模型（MIL， SIL）等

4 Establish simulation environment, complete software code design based on simulation result

构建模型仿真环境，基于软件仿真结果，完成电池算法功能的代码实现

5 Support software integration and integration test

支持软件集成和集成测试

6 Support battery algorithm system test environment setup and system test

支持电池算法功能系统测试环境的搭建，支持完成系统测试

7 Close communication with project team

与项目团队保持良好的沟通

任职要求：

1 Bachelor's degree or above in software engineering, vehicle engineering, electrochemistry or related field, familiar with Li-ion battery is preferred

车辆工程、软件工程、电化学或相关专业，熟悉锂离子电池优先，本科或以上学历

2 At least 3 years relevant experience in BMS development, more than 1-year experience in battery algorithm development

至少三年BMS开发经验，从事BMS算法开发一年以上

3  Familiar with Li-ion battery test / verification norms / regulations, have the knowhow of test method regarding different battery parameters

熟悉电池的测试标准或规范及不同指标的测试验证方法

4 Proficient in Matlab / Simulink / TargetLink, familiar with MIL/SIL/HIL

熟练使用Matlab、Simulink及TargetLink进行模型的开发、调试、测试

5 Fluent English skill, both in read and written

 能熟练的使用英语阅读和写作

6 Highly motivated, team sense, good at thinking, responsibility, open mind

能够自我激励、有团队精神、善于思考、有责任心、思路开放

7 Good communication and coordination skills

 良好的沟通与协调技巧
