 JOB DESCRIPTION

? Review standard facility agreements and related documentation, including the relevant security documents to ensure that they are prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions in the approved CA

? Check and ensure that the received executed facility documents together with the relevant supporting constitutional documents/securities/collateral are complete and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the approved CA

? Liaise with internal counsel/external counsel in case of any issue on documentation

? Give advice on documentation to RM/Approvers if needed

? Ensure the original executed documents are properly kept in vault for safe-keeping and tracked in a documentation tracking data base

? Ensure limit input/updates into the credit systems accurately reflect the approved credit facilities structures and line ailment strictly follow the credit policy and established procedure

? Follow up deferral documents and send reminders for any outstanding items

? Ensure the periodic internal and regulatory reports are accurately prepared and timely submitted

? Ensure all required customer, credit and security information are properly filed and maintained

? Co-ordinate and participate in ad hoc project as may be assigned

 REQUIREMENTS

? University graduate, preferably major in Banking, Law, International Finance or Economics

? 1 to 2 years of banking experience in credit administration/credit control/credit risk will be preferred

? Sound knowledge of the legal, compliance and banking products

? Effective communication, and writing skills in English and local language

? Customer handling skills and patience

? Work proactively with other staff to ensure efficient functioning

? Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
