Job  Description:

1. Follows and executes the GPIT Standards and policies, e.g. aligns IT requirements for new CAPEX projects in LNF with GPIT, and provides feedback as site communication interface to GPIT central functions in LAG
2. Manages IT Assets  (technical clarification, purchase, deliver, support, document) in ITSM CMDB
3. Provides technical supports for incidents, fulfils IT service requests from end users for the whole network infrastructure, PBAX system (SIEMENS Hipath) and IP phone system CISCO, prepares, configures and deliver hardware (desktop, laptop, PC, printer, etc.) and coordinates for LNF ‘key users’ & IT system usage (roles, user access, security etc.)
4. Builds the awareness for information protection and trains the IT end users
5. Coordinates for Lenzing Connect, Share point etc..
6. Strictly follow the SHE requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above, majored in computer, telecommunication or related
2. 3-5 years+ experience in IT client and network support;
3. Communication skill to engage with end users and business partners;
4. Good command of written and spoken English
5. Knowledge and willingness to share the experience of PABX, WAN, LAN, PC, Servers, and Microsoft technologies, MCSE & CCNP is an added advantage;
