1. Prepare the reconciliation for subsidiaries between US/PRC GAAP and local GAAP.

2. Responsible for monthly closing procedure and provide guidance to local finance team.

3. Familiar with key accounting principle under US and IFRS GAAP and has capability to prepare the technical accounting memo.

4. Cooperate with external accounting firm to prepare monthly tax declaration and annual tax filing for oversea subsidiaries.

5. Cooperate with external audit for the quarterly review and annual audit work.

Qualification Criteria （资历要求）

1. Minimum 6+ years of relevant experiences, big 4 experience preferred.

2. Solid knowledge of accounting and tax.

3. Familiar with the US GAAP and IFRS GAAP.

4. Previous experience with consolidated reporting is preferred.

5. Familiarity of SAP system is preferred.

6. Excellent communication skills with English for both written and verbal.
