一、Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Responsible for EM thermal behavior calculation under different working conditions(continous working condition & peak working condition & short-time condition).

1、负责电机不同工况下(持续&峰值&短时工况)的热仿真分析计算；

2. Responsible for CFD simulaiton of EM;

2、负责电机流体仿真计算；

3. Responsible for providing proposals to mechanical engineer for improving cooling performance of EM and support mechanical engineer optimize the cooling structure.

3、为电机冷却系统结构设计提供优化建议。

4. Responsible for preparing technical documents of EM thermal simulation and CFD simulation, etc.

4、负责电机热设计、CFD计算等的技术文件编制；

5.  Support testing team to complete EM test related tasks;

5、支持测试组完成电机相关的测试工作和测试文件编制；

6.  Complete other works assigned by team.

6、完成领导交办的其他工作；

二、Qualifications 任职资格

1、Master degree or above. Major in Engineering thermodynamics

硕士及以上学历，工程热力学背景相关专业

2、At least 3 years thermal & CFD simulation experience in electric motor, especially from new energy automobile industry.

具有3年及以上新能源汽车电机经验者优先。
