职位描述
1、负责天猫/淘宝店的整体规划，配合相应的营销活动，完成预定目标；
2、根据年度、季度、月度销售计划制定相对应的营销方案和推广方案；
3、负责推新打爆的具体方案跟进和执行，制定合理的产品结构促成销售，并且进行产品数据跟踪和月度销售反馈；
4、熟悉使用平台各类推广营销工具，提高店铺流量，提升产品点击率、浏览量、转化率等指标；
5、优化淘宝/天猫各个运营环节的配合以及协调，提升运营效能；
任职要求
1、大专以上学历，三年以上淘系电商运营经验，熟悉天猫旗舰店运营；
2、过往工作中至少有一个成功的爆款打造经验，熟悉阿里平台运营方式；
3、快消行业优先；
4、具备良好的运营基本功及职业素养，熟练掌握各种站内操作规则及活动技巧；
5、对店铺促销活动有较强策划、组织能力和汇报能力；
6、逻辑性强，认真，积极主动，善于沟通
