一、主要职责Key Responsibilities

1、负责电机电磁振动机理分析、阶次分析及振动噪声响应分析

1. Responsible for electromagnetic vibration mechanism analysis, order analysis and NVH response analysis of motor

2、负责电机定子和转子的模态仿真分析和验证

2. Responsible for the modal simulation and validation of motor stator and rotor

3、负责电机设计、生产和应用过程中的NVH问题诊断和改善优化

3. Responsible for NVH problem diagnosis and optimization in motor design, production and application

4、负责电机NVH仿真分析流程和规范的制定；

4. Responsible for establish of NVH simulation process and specification

5、负责电机共振风险评估和异响预测分析；

5. Responsible for resonance risk assessment and abnormal sound prediction analysis of motor

6、协助系统NVH工程师进行设计、优化和验证；

6. Assist system NVH engineer to design, optimize and verify

7、完成领导交办的其他工作

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders

二、任职资格Qualifications

1、硕士及以上学历、力学、电机、振动和噪声相关专业

1、Master degree or above；Major in Mechanics, E-Motor, Vibration and Noise related major

2、熟练使用Maxwell、Motor CAD、Actran、Nastran、LMS Test.Lab等软件

2、Proficient in Maxwell, Motor CAD, Actran, Nastran, LMS test.lab and other software

3、1年及以上驱动电机NVH岗位工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先，应届生亦可。

3、Master degree can be less work experienced or new graduated
