• Work closely with HR Team to provide professional and effective on-site HR service for Business Lines in Shanghai office, serving in a business partner role to promote AECOM’s company culture.

• Work closely with local Business Line leaders as a genuine business partner to develop and implement solutions in line with business objectives

• Assist and support HR Manager and the leadership with handling Human Resources issues and ER activities.

• Assist and support management team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.

• Responsible for the related data analysis and regular HR report on a timely manner.

• Take a key role on compensation and benefit operations in local office such as monthly payroll, expatriate non-taxable benefits, monthly social insurance payment and other C&B programs implementation.

• Engage with the key stakeholders and staff to provide appropriate solution delivery services for staff development and retention.

• Participate in HR policies, programs and projects implementation.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Skills and Experience

• Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields (or equivalent experience)

• 5 years or more work experience as a HR Generalist with a C&B focus, or willing to take on broader responsibilities in HR 

• Prior experience in an MNC or related industry is preferred.

• Understanding of the local employment labor market and community resources.

• Proactive, passionate and self-motivated in partnering with business.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
