o   Responsible to ensure NDA conditions with suppliers are met (NDA agreement) before exchanging any sensitive information and RFQ

o   Responsible to negotiate and execute Development contracts with suppliers in coordination with R&D

o   Responsible to manage the RFQ process from NDA to quotation’s analysis

o   Responsible to negotiate part prices, part productivity, CNPIs, deadlines and investments with suppliers using the escalation process and getting the support from the Global Commodity Managers

o   Organizes Pre-Sourcing and Sourcing Committees (SoCo) in line with the Group Commodity Strategy for the parts assigned under his (her) responsibility

o   Nominates suppliers after SoCo approval through the Business Agreement official document and/or Supply Agreement

o   Ensures timely tooling kick-off at suppliers

o   Ensures timely delivery of the different samples requested by the Project (A,B,C,D,Pre-series) at Punch’s target costs

o   Ensures timely accomplishment of Supplier’s APQP process in coordination with the SQE

o   Monitors the supplier activity and manages the ECR process through-out the project development phases

o   Manages consequences of ECR activity (mainly timing and cost) in line with Project economic targets

o   Hands over all suppliers’ documentation to serial buyers of the corresponding site

     Detects troubles at suppliers and potential shortages as early as possible and implements adequate mitigation 

plans 

任职资格：

• Business school or Industrial Engineering , Master’s in Purchasing as a plus
• 5-7 years minimum experience in Purchasing in the automotive industry
• English mandatory

• Automotive Experience mandatory
Experience in transmissions or similar systems as a plus
