Job Description

1.Give input to and deploy continuously process improvement within the order to delivery processes both on the physical flow of goods from suppliers to the end customers and internal customers as well as processes supported by the SAP system ；cooperate with sales department to improve customer forecast accuracy and agree inventory strategies；cooperate with the purchasing department in negotiations with suppliers, service providers regarding consignment inventories, lead times, inventory levels and delivery terms securing a high delivery performance (reliability) and service level (lead time and flexibility to reach on short term on changes in demand).

2. To search and find logistic service provider with yearly contact negotiation and evaluation, and improve logistic quality as well as cost efficiency

3. Be responsible for warehouse management, to define standard work process and monitor the deviation and build up a clear structured and well organized warehouse system

4. To develop package concept to meet requirement of customer,？ with consideration of quality as well as cost saving

5. To train, develop and assist direct subordinates with personal target setting, ？yearly employee development dialogues and？ follow up on the targets / plan of action, and establish high efficient logistic team to execute all activities

6. By regular follow up of key performance indicators (KPI) ensure that targets are met and in case of non-conformity initiate corrective actions.

7. Initiate and lead logistic improvement project based on value stream mappings, ABC analysis and variability in demand considering production and suppliers capabilities in respect

8. Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all logistics operations, continuous improvement of labor efficiency/productivity though incremental improvements.

9.To organize and distribute resource in order to reach established production and quality targets

Qualifications

Around 10 years experiences in supply chain or logistic and production in Auto industry plus 3-5 years management experience. Familiar with assembly line related to automotive industry;

Bachelor degree or above;

Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
