岗位职责:

C&B Specialist job responsibility:
· Support Annual C&B Cycle including merit, bonus planning & payout, market survey etc.
· Support C&B projects / policy review
· Perform routine C&B work including job evaluation; salary / proposal review; bonus plan review and analysis; market pricing etc.
· Benefit initiatives support including Insurance / Health Check etc.
· Support HR Planning including annual budgeting; employment cost control; HR reporting and analysis
· Key contact for BUHR, HR Shared Service and Payroll team
· Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
·Bachelor degree or above with more than 2 years in C&B. Science & Technology background preferred.
·Good logical thinking, sense to data, good at findings through data analysis.
·Quick learner with hard working attitude. Can manage pressure.
·Good at Excel & PPT.
·Good communication skill
