招聘职位：堆场总经理

Position: Depot General Manager

职位描述：

-负责新成立堆场的整体运营及财务管理

-执行董事会决议

-制定和执行公司的商业和财务计划

-监控财务报表、销售和其他业绩数据，以衡量公司的生产力

-制定和实施公司方针和目标

-监督员工管理的各个方面，监督员工遵守公司标准，履行工作职责

-监督公司的整体管理过程

-寻找新客户并维护客户关系

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall operation and financial management of the newly established container depot. 

- Implement resolutions made by the Board of Directors

- Develop and carry out company’s business & financial plan

- Monitor financial statements, sales and other performance data to measure productivity of the company

- Establish and implement company policies and objectives

- Oversee overall aspects of employee management and supervise employees to ensure they follow company standards and fulfill their job responsibilities

- Supervise overall administration process of the company

- Prospect for new customer and maintain customer relationship

要求:

-本科毕业，船公司及集装箱堆场相关从业经历者优先；

-合资企业从成立到运营的相关经验；

-良好的英语交流与理解能力，CET4/6；

- 请提供中英文简历

Requirements:

-Diploma of university；

-Working experience in Container Shipping or Depot is preferred；

-Handle whole process from opening to operation for JV company;

-Fluent communication and understanding in English, CET4/6;

-Please provide resume in both Chinese and English
