Responsibilities:
职责：

- Assist recruiters to source, identify and qualify candidates
- 协助公司招聘专员搜寻，访谈并确认有效候选人

- Support recruiters to extend the recruitment channel to attract more candidates
- 支持公司招聘专员拓展招聘渠道以吸引更多的候选人

- Support recruiters to arrange interviews with candidate
- 支持公司招聘专员联系候选人安排面试

- Assist recruiters for some files management
- 协助公司招聘专员整理编辑文件

- Update company recruitment system on a regular basis
- 及时更新公司招聘系统

Requirement:
职位要求：

- Ensure at least 3-4 days / week, prefer if could work full-time
- 确保至少每周来上3-4天班，能全职实习更好

- Interested in Recruitment & HR
- 对招聘和人力资源感兴趣

- Good communication skill

- 良好的沟通能力

- Interested in technology

- 对技术感兴趣
