一、岗位职责

1、设计餐饮服务中餐菜单及产品框架；

2、支持业务发展，完成潜在重点客户的沟通拜访、投标演示、菜单设计；

3、走访巡视项目，完成项目中餐产品质量的管控；

4、审核并定期调整重点项目的中餐菜单，维护并定期更新中餐主菜谱；

5、负责餐饮服务重点项目食品成本的管控，给予项目指导和帮助；

6、协调内外部资源，制定年度中餐新品及中式美食节计划，落地并交付成果；

7、参与中餐厨师长及中餐厨师技术方面的能力评估；

8、制定年度中餐技术训练计划并交付成果；

9、协助高级行政总厨管控重点项目食品成本及采购计划；

10、开发孵化产品菜单、产品测试、生产工艺流程、出品标准制定、供应链食材需求等；

11、负责爱玛客定制化工业产品技术部分，配方和工艺撰写，出厂标准和后厨出品标准制定与撰写；

12、和PLM管理专员合作，负责项目落地培训，提出实操流程，关键控制点，品控指标等；

13、负责在新设备新系统上开发新工艺.  新菜谱，完成传统工艺向“新工艺”、“新厨房”的成功转化（食材/人工/设备参数/动线等）；

14、完成上级安排的其他工作。

二、任职要求

1、年龄＜40岁，大专以上学历；

2、有8年以上大型连锁酒店或餐饮行政总厨或厨师长工作经验；

3、高级技师职称，通晓中餐各菜系，擅长粤菜；

4、英语水平良好；

5、接受差旅；

6、精通厨房设计和厨具设备；

7、 熟练使用办公软件；

8、大赛获奖者优先考虑。

三、工作地址

地点：深圳市南山区科技生态园5栋A座501（可移动办公）

四、福利待遇

1、薪资：20k+
