职位描述

JOB PURPOSE

To drive and manage the Sales Support Center organization securing that all functions and operations are running as efficiently and effectively as possible, to meet organizational and operational targets in alignment with Sandvik Coromant strategy, and Sandvik Operations way of working, fulfilling customer satisfaction and Service Level agreements, to ensure premium Customer Experience both internally and externally. To build and inspire as a leader an environment of continuous improvement, making best use of resources, technology and opportunities available anchored from global processes and systems.


 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the Sales Support Center (within identified region) direction and strategy in relation to the served markets, to ensure high quality service in fulfilling all responsibilities and tasks in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the whole regional Sales Support Center organization driving 1st line and 2nd lines operations, processes and way of working, and harmonizing the interactions and the scopes of both to pursue the most efficient and effective way of working focusing on increased automation, increased customer satisfaction and improved operating efficiency
  • Align 1st line and 2nd line responsibilities, processes and ways of working with Global Processes, Global functions, Value Centers' responsibilities and relevant Sales Area Managers and Cluster Managers' expectations. Meet organizational and operational targets, to ensure that the efficiency and effectiveness of the provided services and support are realized and maximized through global and regional synergies
  • Be a proactive part and change agent within Global Operations Management Team to constantly improve way of serving customers and supporting internal organization
  • Contribute in setting global Operations goals, and consequentially define and set targets for Sales Support Center, overseeing and securing their implementation
  • Responsible for Sales Support Center demand planning, staff planning and for all activities within the site / facility, making the best use of resources within the Sales Support Center to ensure all proper requirements are fulfilled to reach all targets, including facility management, shared resources utilization and rationalization and IT interface and demands
  • Be an inspiring leader and build an environment and culture of continuous improvement and diversity & inclusion valorization, providing guidance and coaching to and through local management team, cascading Sandvik Coromant Strategy and Core values
  • Provide overall expert knowledge and direction in Sandvik Coromant business processes, systems and ways of working, encouraging new perspective and changes, and nurturing a Customer Experience and Innovation obsession



REQUIRED COMPETENCIES


  • Ability to lead, guide and motivate groups of people to deliver results, build teams and encourage calculated risk taking, initiatives and responsibility
  • The confidence and ability to demonstrate leadership even when not acting in formal leadership roles
  • Ability to build and cultivate cross functional project teams

EXPERIENCE


  • Have a strong experience in designing, building and running Customer Operations or Customer Care global or regional centers / hub
  • Have a strong understanding of Commercial or Business Operations management
  • Have a proven international exposure experience or aptitude
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff
  • Have a strong track record in continuous improvement and adapting to changes
  • MBA or BA/BS degree in related disciplines
