1. Lead problem solving with G8D process by coordinating cross function team.
2. Establish and maintain lesson learned database to promote the continuous improvement.
3. Lead team to finish risk assessment or parts release by external PAA or internal deviation request
New product development
1. APQP phase intervention.
2. Lead SOP and EOP.
3. Machining supplier quality management.
Audit Related
1.Participate in product audit and LPA
2.Alignment checking on PFMEA/Control Plan and WI.
3.Manage process auditsCOPQ control and improvementOther tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree in mechnical/material engineering or relevant
- 8 years' experience at least in Automotive industry
- Fluent English by oral and writing.
- Experience with OEMs, experience with SGM/GM is advantage
- Familiar with problem solving techniques
- Core tools
