1. Assist Purchasing Manager to manage the purchasing team, and provide or arrange suitable trainings to team members;

2. Assist Purchasing Manager to develop and improve purchasing procedures to in compliance with CT-ECC and ThyssenKrupp guidelines;

   协助采购经理建立并优化采购程序，以符合CT-ECC及ThyssenKrupp的相关准则；

3. Fulfill job tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager;

   完成采购经理指定的工作；

4. Negotiating with vendors regarding price, payment terms, discount, and consignment inventory;

   与供应商就价格、付款方式、折扣、及寄售库存进行谈判；

5. Ensure all purchasing activities can meet the requirements to department KPIs and personal KPIs, such as saving, payment term improvement, 2nd source introduction， etc.

   确保所有的采购活动能够满足部门及个人KPI指标,比如年度节约，付款期持续改进，第二供应商开发等；

6. Ensure all purchasing activities contribute to CT-ECC profitability;

   确保所有采购行为都有益于提高CT-ECC的盈利；

7. Ensure SAP process going well for purchasing requirement;

1. Authorized to create purchasing orders according to released purchasing requisitions;

Qualification Requirement 任职资格

Education 教育:

Bachelor degree or above, Purchasing, Business or relevant major

本科及以上学历，采购或商务相关专业；

Experience 经验要求:

5 years related experience in purchasing field in foreign investment enterprise is preferred.

外资企业采购方面5年及以上相关工作经验者优先；

Deep negotiation and analytical skills.

极好的谈判技巧和分析能力。

Competency 胜任力

• Good English in oral & written;

  良好的英语说写技能；

• Familiar with MS Office;

• Literacy and numeracy, Leadership, Verbal communication, Team playing skills;
