Co-work with own retail, MKT, Communication team to develop new initiatives to better serve the needs of On-line and Off-line clients, thus boosting Omni-channel sales. E.g. Product launch & store opening & holiday activation, GWP.

Work with retail leaders to understand and provide digital solutions plus client purchase insight that can improve client experience and efficiency and sales opportunities in stores. E.g.  CRM instore system, O2O, store CRM performance dashboards, repurchase actions.

Work closely with IT team and EC team, to improve social CRM performance review, provide social CRM insights and identify opportunity for growth. Optimize Social CRM Plan & Content base on results of each campaign.

In charge of omni channels clienteling tools & communication implementation, social clienteling tools integration and all related training to stores and EC team.
