PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Daily department administration. Half day every month.

2. Responsible for deliver new product samples including photo shooting，size measurement shooting and copywrite shooting. Two days every week.

3. Making department payment. Half day a week.

4. Vipshop platform sales order management and reconciliation. Half day every month.

5. Customer invoices issue and send. 

6. Department invoices registration. One and half days per week.

7. Manage return orders from Vipshop warehouse to EC warehouse. Half day a week.

REQUIREMENTS 

1. Good understanding and communication skill，enthusiastic about fashion and clothing industry.

2. Attention to details，quick learning ability and good logical thinking ability.

3. Proficient in using Excel，PPT etc.

4. Working over three days a week，full-time is prefer .

5. Working 4 months at least，give priority to the candidate who can work 6 months.
