- Handle specific customer needs and questions

-Provide customer service (product and alternatives)

-Sales preparation and customer visits: - presentations of products in situ - tour plans - Use of CRM program - communicate price adjustments and product modifications

？ Accompany product development process for special requirements

？ Object processing: - identify objects, review practical relevance - process objects

？ Offers - define activities to be offered - monitor status of quotation - make customer product ranges - conduct discussions and negotiations

？ Technical support in case of complaints

？ Reporting (weekly report, visit report, object report)

？ Participation to trade fairs, provide training for customers, in-house exhibitions

？ Take care of showroom, sample request

？ Keep CRM data up-to-date
