DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Monitor and manage clinic project timelines from business planning, space design, construction, respective licensing, commissioning until opening.

2.     Supporting the manage team in set-up gnat-chart for the project timeline

3.     Coordinating across all functions to support the build-up of a clinic

4.     Managed relationship with clinic landlord and property mgmt. to ensure the smooth design and build phase and eventually transferring the relationship to the clinic manager.

5.     Able to develop space program base on both business needs also medical workflow.

6.     Collaborate and liaise with both external parties and internal departments (OS, ES and CS) to ensure project timeline adherence and quality deliverables.

7.     Developed full project cycle under MS Project indirectly managed all construction and design related parties and set their milestones and deliverables

8.     Identify and resolve operational project issues involved in the preparation and execution of all clinic projects.

9.     Familiar with local government rules and regulations. Managed the timeline at which government affairs and external vendors government application process fits with project timeline and anticipate upcoming hurdles and leverage equipment vendors and construction vendors to upheld government inspection timeline.

10.  Support the commissioning period in facilitating recruiting and license application process & milestone to ensure project support.

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1.       Minimum Five years working experience in project management within healthcare organizations or real estate agencies.

2.       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3.       Fluent in Mandarin & English

4.       Knowledge of computer software – MS Office (particularly MS Project)

5.       Able to read and operate CAD

6.       Excellent communication ability, friendly able to build trust with others.

7.       Excellent analytical skills.

8.       Ability to cope and prioritize under pressure.

9.       Detail oriented, able to settle in and focus on task, proven track recorder in delivering individual targets

10.    Independent, able to handle multiple tasks individually.

11.    Self-starter, goal-getter, problem solver

12 Upheld the highest level of ethical standards and conduct him/herself in a professional manner at all times

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:

Basic oral communication with patients and other staffs in English

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree or above

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: 

Direct manage staff nurse in the unit

Direct manage nursing assistant in the unit
