Job Summary:

Perform end to end recruitment for Campus hiring across different service groups,involve in key campus recruitment projects and play a critical roles in campus recruitment capability and efficiency build up.

Key Responsibilities:

? Recruitment and sourcing discipline knowledge.

? Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;

? Putting job ads on multiple sourcing channels (Job Portals, Social Media, Referrals)

? Sources candidates, screens resumes, and conducts phone screens and interviews.

? Scheduling interviews between hiring managers & candidates

? Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques.

Job Requirements :

? 1-2years experience, prefer major in Human Resource/Management or English Language.

? Excellent communication skills; verbal and written in English.

? Willing to work under pressure.

Essential Skills: Sourcing/Communication/English Language

Nice to Have Skills: Event Orgnization/ New media platform operation
