  (√  ) Inform operation to process of VAT Fapiao; 跟进开票流程

   

• Release the BL

  (√  )  Check collection information as COD/Credit shipment; 核对收款

  (√  )  Release bill of loading; 发放提单

  (√  )  Clearing for AR; 核销应收

   

• AR/AP

  (√  )  Update the VAT information of customers in the system; 更新VAT信息

  (√  )  Update costomers’ full information; 更新客户信息

  (√  )  Check the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable and staff reimbursement;核对ARAP

  (√  )  Post AR/AP invoices; ARAP过账

  (√  )  Clearing for AR/AP;  ARAP 核销

  (√  )  Responsible for AR/AP voucher preparation; ARAP 凭证

  (√  )  Prepare local AR outstanding; AR对账 

  (√  )  Check the vendor outstanding; Ap对账 

  (√  )  Prepare payment run(TIS+Manual) ;执行付款

职位要求：

  

• At least 1 year working experience on accounting officer

• Associate Degree in Accounting/ Finance ,Accounting junior college is appreciated

• Logistics Industry Experience is appreciated

• Good computer skills, Excellent Excel skills is requested
