Objective  

高级SQE主管负责领导SQE小组，保证团队交付高质量水平的零件，主要包括开发新供应商，培训提升供应商质量管理水平，监控供应商绩效等。   

Senior SQE supervisor is the person who lead the SQE group and ensure team to delivery good quality parts. Senior SQE supervisor develop new supplier, coach the suppliers establish quality management system, and monitor supplier performance.

  

Description of Activities   

1. 新供应商导入评审及质量审核。

2. 帮助供应商建立满足公司要求的质量体系。

3. 与供应商确定项目及量产的质量目标和零件质量要求。

4. 跟踪零件APQP开发进展，确保零件开发满足时间进度和质量要求。

5. 管理和批准供应商的PPAP。

6. 对零件编制相关的来料检验标准。

7. 使用8D方法管理来料检验和过程中发生的零件问题。

8. 定期供应商绩效评审监控。    

  

1. Be involved in the potential supplier assessment, responsible for supplier audits (VDA 6.3).

2. Setup supplier quality assurance guidelines according to Weibang’s quality policy.

3. Negotiate the quality specification and catalog with suppliers, ensuring the quality target and part requirement fulfilled from the project’s beginning to EOP.

4. Follow up the APQP plan of suppliers, ensure the required events/reviews be implemented correctly and timely.

5. Manage supplier PPAP, review and approve supplier's submission: PFMEA, Control Plan, Cpks, MSA, Run@Rate etc.

6. Compile and communicate the incoming inspection plan for each part.

7. Incoming inspection/process complaint handling with 8D method, 8D improvement activity implement.

8. Regular supplier performance review.

Requirements:   

1. 10年以上质量相关经验，其中5年以上供应商质量管理经验

2. 汽车零部件行业背景，变速箱，壳体，齿轴加工经验优先

3. 本科毕业，工程技术类专业优先

4. 对IATF16949，VDA6.3，8D熟悉及精通

5. 愿意经常出差

6. 良好的沟通技巧，流利英语优先

              

1. With a minimum of 10 years' quality relevant work experience, including 5+ years supplier quality management experience.

2. Automotive industrial Tier1 supplier background. Gearbox, housing, gear etc. knowledge is a plus.

3. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

4. Good understanding of IATF16949, VDA6.3, 8D report

5. Willing to travel.

6. Good communication skills – Fluent in English is a plus.
