SINAMICS变频器产品经理作为该产品在全球的负责人，负责根据中国和全球市场的需求，定义、研发具备竞争力的变频器产品，帮助西门子在持续的竞争中获取盈利和增长。

TA的职责将包含

-变频器产品的全生命周期管理。

-了解变频器市场，业务模式，竞争态势。

-与目标市场区域配合挖掘市场潜力和客户的需求并制定商业计划。

-定义产品功能，通过产品实现客户价值。

-与研发团队密切合作在规定的时间、成本框架内实现定义的产品功能。

-配合销售推广团队进行新产品市场导入、实现产品商业化和业务可持续增长。

-需求工程分析使产品的投资收益率***化。

TA所具备的能力应该包含

-熟悉变频器业务和市场，具备行业应用经验，比如风机和水泵应用。

-有发掘客户需求的强烈意愿。

-关注客户价值，结果导向。

-强烈欢迎具备运动控制和传动行业的工程经验者。

-具备系统化的分析和解决问题的技巧，快速学习。

-积极主动，愿意拥抱变化。-能在国际化的工作氛围内用英语以及其他语言流畅的交流。

工业的肌肉——运动控制产品。简单说，就是驱动并控制电机，以达到给工业生产中的设备提供动力，并精确地控制其速度、位置。通过这样的驱动设备、电机，才能实现各行各业自动化设备的运行。

The product manager of the SINAMICS AC Inverter is the global responsible product owner, who will define and deliver the competitive products to the target market according to the market needs of China and globally with the unique selling point to win the profitable business growth.

The product manager will be responsible for:

- The whole PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) of Pump & Fan inverter.

- Understand the market, business model, key competition, and key customers

- Discover the market potential and identify the business plan with the alignment with target business regions.

- Define the product features to bring the customer values by understanding and finding of customer needs.

- Cooperate with R&D and production, to realize the products to reach the target cost and time plan with the required features.

- Cooperate with the CRM (sales, promotion…) to introduce products for commercialization and achieve the business growth.

- Maximize the product’s ROI (Return on Investment) by requirements engineering.

The requirements of the job:

- Understand the AC inverter market and business in China and global, especially the typical application like pump and fan.

- Strong willingness to discover customer needs by analysis of applications.

- Customer value focus, innovation, and result orientation.

- Technical background in motion control and drive train is preferred.

- Well self-management capability, fast learning ability, and strong problem-solving skill.

- Passion and initiative, and willingness to embrace the changes.

- Strong communication skill in the intercultural environment with English at least.
