1、负责协助总经理执行日常各项工作；

3、负责各类重大会议的议程安排及会后纪要整理，及时跟进、反馈各项会中决议的推进情况；

4、负责有效的传达总经理的各项决议，协调各部门的内外事务沟通；

5、负责总经理各类业务函电、文件的撰写、接收与转达，向董事会汇报的文件处理；

6、负责总经理交代的其他事情。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，优秀的文案写作能力，形式包括不限于(PPT/ Excel / word)。；

2、有5年以上汽车行业项目管理或者大型咨询公司的相关岗位工作经验；

3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及人际交往能力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；

4、良好的领悟能力，性格亲和、反应敏捷、思维缜密，工作细致认真，富团队协作精神与优秀的执行力；

5、为人诚实可靠、品行端正;
