工作时间：54h/w=6*9

Main duties: 

 ？  Coach, demonstrates and leads fundamental beliefs in safety, integrity, quality, respect and sustainability. Target zero accident 

 ？  Demonstrate active leadership and commitment through role modelling, coaching project team members on implementation of the HSE management standards and policies                               

 ？  Be proficient in state regulations, codes and standards, and industry best practices for effective implementation in construction site                                                          

 ？  Facilitate and participate in hazard and risk assessments and provide HSE technical support in the implementing risk mitigation actions 

 ？  Implement and enforce site HSE programs (e.g. training concerning electrical safety, HSE observation program) and HSES rules reducing the risks 

 ？  Conduct electrical safety inspection as per site HSE Programs and do follow-up to close the findings 

 ？  Ensure LOTO procedure is implemented and maintained on construction site throughout the project 

 ？  Be interface pertaining to electrical safety during constructions/pre-commissioning and shutdown 

 ？  Communicate the HSE issues in various ways such as issuing HSE alert, presenting HSE issues in meeting, talking with construction contractors  on lessons learnt 

 ？  Promote HSE in various ways. e.g. HSE campaign, HSE posters ？  Ensure HSE incidents reported timely, facilitate and participate HSE incidents investigation 

 ？  Regularly monitor and discuss real-time HSE performance (leading and lagging indicators) and advise HSE manager ？  Take other work assigned by site HSE manager   

 Qualifications Requirements: (education background / relevant working experiences / knowledge / skill / ability / special request) 

 ？  Bachelor degree or diploma in electrical engineering or safety preferred                     

 ？  Certified safety engineer or other safety certificates issued by authorized organization 

 ？  Minimum 5 years working experiences in the field of electrical safety management in construction environment in particular oil and gas sector, petrochemical and chemical projects 

 ？  Candidates who apply for the position shall be skilled in electrical safety management with trained and certified by local China government or equivalent competency certificates provided by approved agencies
