Responsibilities:
1.In charge of the Quality Process Section
2.Maintain and manage ISO Quality Management System, such as ISO9000:2000, TL9000, TS16949, & ISO14001.
3.Develop and implement effective quality management plans, quality audits and operational procedures to meet company’s objectives and customers’ requirements.
4Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to address all quality related concerns from customers, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and monitor the effectiveness of the actions taken.
5.Drive and work closely with the suppliers to ensure the supplied goods meet company’s and customer’s requirements.
6Manage the departmental costs or expenses to meet company’s objectives.

Requirements:
1.Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2.Have at least 5 years in Managerial position in Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) Quality Assurance Experience.
3.Good Command of written and spoken English and Mandarin if preferred.
4.Independent, strong leadership and resourceful team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Travel in the region to visit the customers and suppliers..
