岗位职责:

Responsible for indirect material and service procurement to execute a RFx for purchases, with basic responsibility of coordinating PRTP process, monitoring supplier performance about cost, delivery & quality.
Manage/Execute procurement processes
？Focus on daiy indirect material and service purchasing requirement from plant, Conduct tactical RF(x), 3-bids and a buy for spot buys or bidding process ;
？Contribute to correct definition of supply specification with stakeholders for purchasing activities;
？Contract negotiation with suppliers if needed;
？Drive RF(x) or bidding process more comliant
Catgory Management & Supplier Management
？Supplier selection: collecting supplier bids and perform analysis of results to make decision with stakeholder (e.g. determining best value supplier from multiple quotes)
？To negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers
？Build win-win relationship with key suppliers
？Contact supplier and identify variances with supplier contract terms & conditions (systematic quality or service problems, etc.), work with other function teams to resolve supplier issues
？Regularly review the performance of key suppliers
？Align service level agreement with suppliers and conduct provide SRM to non-strategic suppliers, including review of performance measurement with suppliers and action plan to improve
？Conduct supplier qualification
Procurement Reporting & Tracking
？Gurantees the mornitoring the purchasing orders and correspondence between orders and invoices, drive PRTP process

任职资格:

Required Qualifications
？Bachelor degree
？2 years procurement experience in indirect materials or services
？Familiar with bid process, included but not limited to pre-qua, compile RFP documents, bid open, organize clarification meeting, support evaluation
？Experience of how to deal with supply market, supplier management and cost drivers
？Good negotiation skill with supplier
？Engage, communicate & influence project stakeholders
？Good analytical, business process & problem solving capabilities
？Good skills of MS applications (especially for excel, word)
？Ability to multi-task and pressure
？Demonstrated ability to track and manage supplier performance
