Our Offer:
- Take the role of Electrical feature System engineer as the SPOC of the distributed features.
- Work with program engineers and system engineers to deliver Ford feature implementation plan for vehicle programs.
- Work closely with program software engineer and control module owners to implement the feature robustly.
- Work with core feature owner to develop the application feature spec, feature test spec, and feature FMA for FAP programs.
- Upload the feature requirement to EFDVS system and maintain the delivery according program GPDS timing.
- Work with feature DV team to develop the test method, verify and sign off feature.
- Use VSEM and FSMS system to manage the feature documents.
- Familiar with GPDS process and communicate with system, program engineer, function feature owner for on-time delivery the gateway.
- Master of the feature content and benchmark the application situation in market.

You:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related major, Master degree is a plus;
- 3 years minimum, engineering experience in automotive Electrical/Electronic Systems (in area of System engineering, Body control, chassis control, PT control, module software, hardware in loop testing technology and test automation is preferred);
- Hands-on experience with Network Analysis Tools, such as DET, CANalyzer and CANoe, labview, matlab/simulink or similar;
- Hands-on experience with software acceptance testing, HIL and System engineering testing is a plus;
- Hands-on experience with electrical instrumentation is preferred;
- Good knowledge of Vehicle Electrical architecture, Network Technology, such as CAN and LIN, software AUTOSAR;
- Strong Project Management/Coordination skills and Analytical/ Troubleshooting skills; Good communication skill; Positive to take challenge task; Initiative to help team member; Good presentation skill
- Can support oversea travelling and conference call cross time zone
- Good English skill in both oral and written
