--岗位职责- -
1. 协助DA业务拓展团队在中国市场的销售和品牌推广,帮助执行DA的营销策略
2. 积极团队配合寻找潜在商务机会
3. 通过各种渠道进行客户拜访
4. 积极协助团队引导以转化潜在客户成为新业务
5. 与团队通力合作,寻找潜在客户的商业痛点,为其提供解决方案
6. 帮助团队制定有效的解决方案并善于制作和讲解演示文稿
7. 与DA内部通力合作,保证新客户业务对接有序进行
8. 熟悉销售流程,了解寻求潜在客户的机制以及与客户互动的技巧***
--任职要求--
1. 全日制本科学历以上,IT,商科相关专业优先
2. 有Marketing/BD相关工作经验者优先
3. 两年以上工作经验
4. 了解营销云,营销自动化者优先
5. 有较强的自驱力和自学能力
6. 熟练使用MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公室软件
7. 可承受一定频次的出差工作

--Role and Responsibilities--
1. Business development and growth
2. Actively identify new business opportunities
3. Demonstrate dedication to making calls/contacts as a daily routine
4. Use your consultative and solution selling skills to convert those opportunities into new business
5. Devise and Propose game-changing strategies for our prospects to bring in revenue
6. Develop effective proposals & presentations that are delivered in a compelling style
7. Manage the handover of new business accounts to clients services relationship team
8. Sales process and lead generation process and the reporting of the interaction and engagement
--Qualifications--
1. Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
2. Fresh grad or up to 3-year experience
3. Confident, self-motivated, strong communication and hungry
4. The ability to providing strategic direction that can generate sustainable client growth
5. Good English with both oral and written
6. Proficiency in using MS Office document software, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
