Responsibilities:

  

•  Booking with carriers, checking new booking with oversea offices, contacting    vendors for new orders

•  Coordinating with carriers for the space, docs etc all issues

•  Coordinating with the vendor and trucking company for  the cargo picking up

•  Coordinating with vendors, warehouse for Consol box loading

•  Checking customs declaration docs,  Arrange custom declaration, filling AMS  and ISF

• Coordinating with destination office for DDU, DDP shipment

•  Billing , send pre-alert and job closing

•  Working with Coordinator ( documentation) for docs making , preparation,  system Data inputting

•  Update and complete system ( BDP Smart Vu)

•  Communicating with venders, carriers, oversea offices to complete the jobs

•  Support Account Manager to providing report for VIP customers

•  Providing cost for house customers

   

                          

Academic Qualifications

  

• University Graduates, Preferably major in Logistics

• At least 3 working experience in Ocean exporting and customer service

   

      

Experiences/Knowledge:

  

• Understanding of common INCOTERMS

• Familiar with Shipment Modes/Types

• Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import

• Good Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and Word

• Good commond of English (CET-4 or above) 

• Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bank Draft , COA, CO, Insurance Certificate etc

• Knowledge of Shanghai Customs, CIQ etc requirement for ocean exporting

• Knowledge of customs policy for different countries Performance of freight and related services
