1.Assist country rail freight product head in internal and external communication to various parties, including vendors, suppliers, rail operators, government officials, etc.

2.Coordinate with all internal parties & stakeholders including operations, sales, business process management, IT, etc.

3.To Identify, develop and build business network and relationship with current & new customers on all contact levels to retain and develop sustainable accounts.   

4.Monitor rail freight business and operations.                                                     

5.To coordinate special requests from customers, handle complains and co-ordinate exception cases with agents

6.Support operations, sales and customer service teams in the interactions with prospects & customers.

2.     英语口语流利，读写熟练

3.     较强的组织协调和沟通表达能力，包括对KPI考核及对外的公共关系沟通

4.     较强的市场开拓能力，了解国际货代行业发展（尤其西南地区），有铁路经验者优先
