Report to China HR Manager based in Shanghai
Responsibilities
? Conduct recruitment for all positions by following company procedure and apply relative tools to meet the requirement of manpower both on competency and time lead.
? Maintain and develop employee relationship and admin issues by working closely with other dept., monitoring daily operation and keeping on improvement to ensure smooth operation and harmony culture.
? Update all kinds of HR report accurately and timely.
Job requirement:
? Bachelor or above Min 3 years working experience in HR staff function.
? Good command of English, both written and speaking.
? Open minded, easy going, systematic thinking.
