职位描述
OPERATIONAL FUNCTION
I WAREHOUSE OPERATION
Meet supply chain objectives such as on time delivery, maintain inventory accuracy and prompt documentation handling stated in Key Performance Indicators and SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
Continuously identify opportunities in which to drive efficiency, reduce financial cost & improve customer service levels
Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Cross functioning with warehouse team
Co-ordinate on warehouse operational efficiencies by communicating down the customer’s expectation which are included but not limited to:
Supervise and monitor staff performance in daily order processing such as pick and pack for delivery, product relabeling, repacking related requirement
Ensure efficient movement of stock Conduct cycle count, warehouse audit and stock take quarterly basis
Review and document ongoing operational & process improvements
Assist with budgets & forecast preparation
Assist in warehouse inspection to meet requirement in General Warehouse and Dangerous Goods handling procedure
Perform cycle counts of inventory and ensure inventory system is updated with results
Investigate variances and identify and eliminate root causes
Ensure adequate planning and conduct periodical stock takes with appropriate system update of resultant stock counts
Liaising and arranging transport for finished product
Work with the Warehouse Executive on Quality Assurance in order processing and system updates
II TRADING BUSINESS MODEL
Maintain procurement rates at quarterly basis
Update monthly sailing schedule for daily booking accessibility
Accept LCL/FCL freight booking upon receiving emails and EDI alert
Entering orders into the in-house system Access Electronics order processing
from EDI or web-based system (specially cater for customized accounts) for custom declaration
Booking transport, liaising with drivers, Customers & Suppliers
Providing clients with accurate ETD’s (Estimated date of Departure)
Keeping database up to date with regard to client requests
Prepare Letter of Credit and Bank Draft, follow up and submit to bank
Liaising with internal warehouse departments and offices for inbound/outbound goods Manage inventory level to meet orders
Status Reporting including weekly vessel routing orders, inventory replenishment and track and trace visibility
Providing daily / weekly updates to management and customers on deliveries
Coordinate on time deliveries with overseas agents
Direct involvement in customer quotations rate negotiations, handle customer queries or complaints at higher level and handle daily trouble shooting Customer Service and Freight Forwarding Operation duties including order management & provision of updates as set out in the standard operating procedures are to be action accordingly
Evaluate appointed vendors’ services and meet KPI report Involves Logistics Manager to evaluate and negotiate pricing and review service level quarterly basis
Formulates and implements action plans by ensuring effective and timely delivery of customer commitments by the organization Analyze routes and developing strategies to increase efficiencies
III CUSTOMER SERVICE
Quote export rates to new customer and offer value added service such as warehouse and end-to-end Ex-work handling
Undertaking complaints and discuss with logistics manager for team solution
Communicate with overseas agents on consigned shipment and monitor arrival date
Maintain relationships with different carriers
Provide customized accounts or customer care for corporate accounts
Build and establish strong customer relationships Set regular meetings to discuss pricing issue, customer service feedback and outstanding issues
Communications
Communicates and responds to customer complaints at higher level through emails, conference calls and face-to-face meetings within the expected time frame of 24 hours
Set regular meetings with vendors such as warehouse, distributor, transporters, shipping line operators and co-loaders
To review KPI set and streamlining business issue for root cause analysis and long term solutions needs

I Maintain 100% accuracy on all reports and meet standard KPI set

IV Return all calls within the committed time
II Organization & Planning
Work areas shall be neatly organized in a manner, which allows easy access to required information. This includes, but is not limited to, statistical information and standard document filling in BDP Server.
